SPRING 2025 (BASEBALL/SOFTBALL) REGISTRATIONS

The Fort Ann Youth League offers our community a quick and easy online registration process for our Youth League sports!
Please read everything below carefully!
ONLINE PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF REGISTRATION!!! 
Failure to pay during this registration time frame will result with a chance your child not being able to play!

Registrations close on 2/21/25. Any registrations received between 2/21/25 and 2/28/25 will include a $20 late fee per child.
No registrations will be accepted after 2/28/25.

There are two levels of Registration Fees:
Individual Sport Fees: (T-BALL/6U $40 U8-U12 $60) 

Requests for refunds will be addressed as follows:
One-time-only Volunteer Fee of $50 per family. 

If you sign up and complete any of the Volunteer Options of 3 hours or more below, you will be reimbursed this Volunteer Fee.

NO ROLL OVERS OF VOLUNTEER FEES WILL BE OFFERED.

What each level receives:
TBall/6U: Jersey with sponsors on back
8U-12U Boys: Hat/Jersey
8U-12U Girls: Socks/Jersey



1. If a parent requests a refund prior to close of registrations (2/28/25), a full refund of registration and volunteer fee (Unless other children from the family are playing a sport that season) will be granted back.

2. If a parent requests a refund after registration closes, but prior to the affiliated team's first practice, the volunteer free (Unless other children from the family are playing a sport that season) will be refunded and registration fee will be forfeited.

3. If a parent reports that a child will not be playing and requests a refund after the affiliated team has had their first practice, the volunteer fee and the registration fee are forfeited. The parent does have the option to volunteer a minimum of 3 hours in order to receive the volunteer fee back.

There is a maximum payment of $180 per family. If a family hits this mark, then they will not be eligible for their $50 volunteer fee back.
Example: John Smith 12U: $60, Jane Smith 10U $60, Timmy Smith 8U $60 + Volunteer Fee $50 = $230. Family Discount (in this case, $50) cuts payment down to $180. So the Smith family wont be charged $230, but they wont be eligible for the $50 volunteer fee either.

Athletes from PreK-6th grade: A late fee of $20 per athlete will be added if not registered by 2/28/25!!!!!!

- You will receive a registration and payment confirmation via email from the FAYL as soon as your transaction completes.
